What is is called when you stall and you drop the weight down by a certian percentage and add 5lbs back on everytime you complete the required reps/sets? Example- I am stuck at 80lbs for Flat DB press goal- 3 sets of 10 I drop the weight down to 70lbs and shoot for 10/10/10 if i complete that I 5lbs so the next day I add 5lbs (really 10) so 75lbs and so on. |
