Chin-ups and Pull-ups

is one truly better than the other? I have to choose one or the other to accompany W.G. Pulldowns.

Re: Chin-ups and Pull-ups

Why do you have to chose one? I do wide and narrow grip pullups, wide and narrow grip chin ups, and the palms facing each other grip. Malley is a pullup machine and I'd bet he'll agree that doing all the grips is the best route.

Re: Chin-ups and Pull-ups

I get the 2 names mixed up but the one where your palms are facing away is harder, so thats what I do.

Switching grips up all the time is definitly the best route.
