| Gym Rat | Chin-ups and Pull-ups is one truly better than the other? I have to choose one or the other to accompany W.G. Pulldowns.

I do wide and narrow grip pullups, wide and narrow grip chin ups, and the palms facing each other grip. Malley is a pullup machine and I'd bet he'll agree that doing all the grips is the best route.
