Muscle memory?

During my three month lay off I have lost 3 or 4 pounds of muscle mass. What I wanna know is, all other things being equal, will I get this muscle back faster than it took me to gain it, because of muscle memory?
Thanks.

Re: Muscle memory?

Once you start lifting again, you should get it back with your strength in a few of months.
