Re: Thinking about getting a bike?

You need to go and sit on it make sure you don't feel compressed? should be a bit stretched out but comfortable. Height is based on the stand ove height. Too Tall and jumblies go OUCH!! Get a helmet. A cheap one is fine, and Bike shorts(your gootch will thank you).

Re: Thinking about getting a bike?

I'm thinking I may get this one. It's more then I wanted to spend but it seems okay.

Re: Thinking about getting a bike?

Looks good!! Triple front chain rings so you will be able to climb any hills. Don't get the rust proofing package, or the floor mats, or the bug deflectors.........*a waste of $$$*

Re: Thinking about getting a bike?

So how far are your typical rides and how long do they take? On a flat surface what kind of cruising speeds do these bikes usually maintain? A co-worker of mine is big into riding so maybe I should ask her some stuff as well.

Well I don't really know what that means but sounds good.
