Height is based on the stand ove height. Too Tall and jumblies go OUCH!! Get a helmet. A cheap one is fine, and Bike shorts(your gootch will thank you).

On a flat surface what kind of cruising speeds do these bikes usually maintain? A co-worker of mine is big into riding so maybe I should ask her some stuff as well. Quote:
