Is 3500 calories enough for an ectomorph of 150lbs, 17 and 6ft1?

you're thinking about this entirely too much, obsessing even. stop with all the ectomorph and numbers stuff. eat clean, eat often, and lift. that should be all you need to do as a teenager.

Find out what your maintenece intake is and go from there. Keep a daily journal of your diet and see what happens with your weight. Track calories, fat, protein, and carbs. If your weight is going up then your over the maitnenence level, if your going down then your under.

enough of this non-sense.

6 meals
40g protein / 60g carbs / 12g fat per meal

I saw your 4000 cal diet and I can assure you you won't make it 1 day.

1) 3) 6)protein shake, oatmeal, 2 tbs of peanut butter

2) 4) 6) 6oz of meat (168grams, 1 cup of rice, 1tbs of EFA oil

Just try this and quit switching every other day. You haven't been on a solid plan since you joined.
