you're thinking about this entirely too much, obsessing even. stop with all the ectomorph and numbers stuff. eat clean, eat often, and lift. that should be all you need to do as a teenager.

Keep a daily journal of your diet and see what happens with your weight. Track calories, fat, protein, and carbs. If your weight is going up then your over the maitnenence level, if your going down then your under.

You haven't been on a solid plan since you joined.
