How much cardio can i do?

If i do my split

Monday - Thursday

can i do cardio on friday AND saturday?

30mins each?

you can do cardio whenever and however you want. just don't do any treadmill stuff on leg day.

and why are you cutting??? i dont understand that.

you can do steady state type cardio for that. hiit is more for people who are cutting or losing weight.

Like sbd said, you can do the cardio whenever, but I wouldn't do high intensity interval training while bulking, and since you're already living the bodybuilding lifestyle avoid moderate intensity cardio for extended periods at all costs, it is very catabolic.

Stick with low intensity cardio while bulking, and when cutting HIIT is better for fat burning but not quite as sparing on the muscles, I recommend it for shorter cutting periods. Moderate intensity for 30 mins is pretty catabolic, avoid it.

Stick with low intensity cardio while bulking
you must have more energy for lifting weight.

bro whenever,Cardio=heart ,you train your heart and off course a bit of the other muscle
but do it like 4-5 times a week to keep bodyfat low
and eat a lot to gain muscle

If you're trying to keep your heart healthy a good warm up cardio is to walk on an incline of about 12 on a tread mill and put it on about 3.5 to 4.00 MPH... It'll work your heart and you'll definetly feel it in your calves

Theres a million ways to get good hard cardio in, but the main thing is calories. If you eat plenty you will be fine. Dont overanalyze it.
