| Animal | How much cardio can i do? If i do my split Monday - Thursday can i do cardio on friday AND saturday? 30mins each? Thanks |

Like sbd said, you can do the cardio whenever, but I wouldn't do high intensity interval training while bulking, and since you're already living the bodybuilding lifestyle avoid moderate intensity cardio for extended periods at all costs, it is very catabolic. Stick with low intensity cardio while bulking, and when cutting HIIT is better for fat burning but not quite as sparing on the muscles, I recommend it for shorter cutting periods. Moderate intensity for 30 mins is pretty catabolic, avoid it.

If you're trying to keep your heart healthy a good warm up cardio is to walk on an incline of about 12 on a tread mill and put it on about 3.5 to 4.00 MPH... It'll work your heart and you'll definetly feel it in your calves |
