Help me construct a 4000kcal diet!

Right i worked out my bmr + excersise ratios and it turns out my maintainence is 3500 so i need 4000 to gain 1lb a week!

Is 1lb a week good?

So far i have:

Oats
Whole Milk
Protein shake
Blended = 770kcals

Peanut Butter Sandwich = 700Kcals

Anouther Blend = 770kcals

Cytogainer = 600kcals

So basically i need anouther 1200kcals but not sure what to use. At the local shop you can buy a pasta chicken snack which is 500kcals, 30g protein, 20g fat, 1g saturates, is that a good extra?

Cheerz guys

No, basically, you need to watch this video. The grand prize goes to the member who can find the fucking peanut butter! Dammnit Andy! Peanut butter is not muscle food.

Re: Help me construct a 4000kcal diet!

Look andy, if it's $$ that's your biggest concern, try some low fat (2 or so grams each) turkey hot dogs or lunch meat. it's better than peanut butter sandwiches.

oh, and stop asking more questions and FOLLOW WHAT EVERYONE HAS TOLD YOU FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS.

and look back at your old threads, apparently in april you gained 5 lbs. apparently what you were doing then worked for you... rinse and repeat!!
