I had Tuna steak once didnt like it but maybe if i blended it with a chocolate protein shake i wouldnt taste it?

also i forgot to ask about milk protein, it comes from an animal so is it good? like you said plant protein isnt complete.

1.5 lbs!! WOW!!

I eat chicken twice a day. usually about 10-12 oz. total.

Here's my daily food intake:

Bkfst:
Prot. shake in milk
Fruit
Oats

Snack:
prot. bar
almonds

Lunch:
chicken
corn
beans
carrots
tomato

Snack:
Prot. shake in water
fruit

Dinner:
veggies of some sort
chicken

i enjoy my foods (especially during summer when everything's in season) but cheated today with pizza!! mMMMMM!! Red Barron!

got a job, i pay for driving lessons and food. i only get about £350 a month and 4 hours of driving a week = £100

I should be doing my test soon though so can buy more food.

There is plenty of info on this forum that you can find by using the search. But follow the plan BG did and you will be good. You gotta give it time its not going to happen over night. Like others said look at your progress every 3months at the very least. DOnt stress over it you will grow if you eat,lift and rest. Look into some canned chicken.
