it's called calorie surplus!!

This is my last response to you andy. We've all given you advice that you refuse to follow, yet you make a new thread everyday asking the same damn question. And if you really want to gain weight, ask your "supposed" brother who weighs 198 how he did it.

Re: New diet with good foods....

Not being able to put on weight does not always equal being an ectomorph. Let me put it to you this way. There are not 3 bodytypes, there are (for the sake of illustration) 4

Person who lifts weights
Ectomorph
Mesomorph
Endomorph

The ectomorph is the person who has eaten the ammount of food that is standard for muscle growth but still has not gained weight. You are not even at THAT level. Your body type is "person who lifts weights." You need to eat accordingly. Do you realize that you are not eating anything out of the ordinary? The average man eats more than you. Therefore, I think that your idea of you being an ectomorph is blinding you to the fact that you just are not eating enough food.

You need to eat more solid food sources. And yes, that IS a lot of chicken and money to be spent. Thats why you need to become more creative. You need to carefully select your meals and eat the most ammount of protein for every Euro (I don't have a key for your currency sign) you spend. This stuff takes money and dedication.

i said your low bodyfat and small frame make you LOOK like an ectomorph. You're the one obsessing that your life is over.

Re: New diet with good foods....

Well can you give me guidelines on the following:

Breakfast:

100g oats + protein shake 40g protein

Meal 2: Some kind of meat + 1 cup of rice

Meal 3: Some kind of meat + 1 cup of rice + Brocolli

Meal 4 : 100g oats, 40g protein shake, 2 tbs of peanut butter

Meal 5: Some Kind of meat + 2 cups of broccoli + almonds

Meal 6: 30g protein shake, 1 cup of cottage cheese, whole wheat bagel

Is that okay? I dont know what meat yet because it depends whats high in protein but what i can afford. I've heard Mince is cheap.

Re: New diet with good foods....

Good. Now that looks good. Dont mess it up by getting mince meat. Get pure beef, pure chicken, pure turkey, or pure Zebra. I'd rather you eat zebra than minced meat.

Thanks for the Kudos assclown!!!! That is the diet I wrote for you. I told you to eat chicken so shut up, buy some chicken and stuff it in that piehole. Turkey, fish, steak....that is it!! No turkey escaopes crap. Now let's see if you even do this diet. Yes food is not cheap, this way of life is not cheap. suck it uo buttercup
I think your head is made of rock....nothing gets in.
All meat is basically 6g of protein per oz. Mince meat is garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do this diet...go away for 3 months and the check back

Tinned tuna and salmon isn't that expensive, then there's always seafood if you can stomach it. It's not that difficult.
