| Crossfit what? | This thread is to post up your meal or meals you've eaten for the day. It is NOT to critique others diets. If you want to have your diet critiqued or critique someone elses diet do it in another thread. You can post as many times as you want. morning wala shake PWO wala shake + 3grams creatine mono 6oz grilled chicken breat on a white bun plain 2 cups rice and a bunch of chicken apple 2-3 more meals to go. |

WAKE UP 07.30 1 x Wala Shake 10.00 - 10.30 Peanut Butter Sandwich (brown bread) Oat bake Bar multi vit/min 2 x omega fish oil caps 1 x Reflex Microwhey Isolate shake in milk (approx 35g protein) 1 cup water 13.00 breast chicken (approx 30g protein) 5 Snack-a-Jacks (rice cake) some more water 15.00 1 scoop Sytha-6 Strawberry with 150ml of semi skim milk 15.50 1 x Methyl Mass Shake 16.30 Work out upto 1 litre of water (or more in summer) 18.00 Get home 1 x Wala Shake 20.30 - 2100 1 x breast chicken (approx 30g protein) 1 x large bowl of Start with semi skim milk 11.00 1 scoop Sytha-6 in 150ml of semi skim milk BED!

I prefer Deli select brand tho. this afternoon i'll have a snack of some kind. probably fruit. I'm into canned peaches right now with a passion. I'll eat some crackers with cheese too more than likely. supper will be home made chili!! mmmm.... low fat (made with ground turkey). when the weather warms up, it throws my diet off badly.

I had: 1 bannanna pancake 2 cups of eggs w/ cheese 2 pieces sausage small portion of hashbrowns 3 cups of milk 3 cups of water GOOD STUFF! Now time to workout really hard!
