2. 2 scoops ergo whey
3. 1oz almonds, 5oz chicken, 1 cup ff milk--in a bowl with CHEERIOS(not honey nut)
4. 6oz 96/4 hamburger, 2 pieces whole wheat TOAST, little miracle whip, little mustard, 2 tbsp. POWER PB
5. (right now) lean body MRP
6. 2 scoops of ergo whey
7. 1 scoop ON casein, 1 cup ff milk
300gp/120gc/60g

I eat the same thing at the same time every day.. so basically, here's my diet!

Peanut Butter Sandwich (brown bread)
Oat bake Bar
multi vit/min
2 x omega fish oil caps
1 x Reflex Microwhey Isolate shake in milk (approx 35g protein)
1 cup water

breast chicken (approx 30g protein)
5 Snack-a-Jacks (rice cake)
some more water

1 scoop Sytha-6 Strawberry with 150ml of semi skim milk

1 x Methyl Mass Shake

Work out
upto 1 litre of water (or more in summer)

Get home
1 x Wala Shake

1 x breast chicken (approx 30g protein)
1 x large bowl of Start with semi skim milk

6oz chicken breat on plain white bun + 2 slices of swiss
turkey salad with 2oz of french

meal 2
1 cup rice
6oz chicken

Few more meals to go but all signs are pointing to them being rice and chicken and maybe some green beans.

7pm About 6 oz. of Tropical Chicken, corn, potatoes, bread rolls, rice, juice, and bowl of rainbow sherbert.

today i've had a ham and cheese sandwich (for breakfast) and a chocolate chip cookie a few minutes ago (co-worker brought them).

for lunch i'll have a hoagie of some sort, not sure what'll go on it. depends on what lunch meat is on sale at the grocery store. I prefer Deli select brand tho.

this afternoon i'll have a snack of some kind. probably fruit. I'm into canned peaches right now with a passion. I'll eat some crackers with cheese too more than likely.

supper will be home made chili!! mmmm.... low fat (made with ground turkey).


when the weather warms up, it throws my diet off badly.

Woke up and the wife said she was going to make breakfast and I was happier than hell!
I had:

1 bannanna pancake
2 cups of eggs w/ cheese
2 pieces sausage
small portion of hashbrowns
3 cups of milk
3 cups of water

GOOD STUFF!

Now time to workout really hard!
