| Gym Rat | Chicken Maranade Tried this maranade for chicken last night and thought it was good. Minty Yoghurt Chicken Maranade 2 tablespoons lime or lemon 2 tablespoons low fat natural yoghurt 4 tablespoons chopped fresh mint Black pepper Mix together and rub on chicken crease and leave for approx 30 minutes. then grill chicken turning on occasion. Anyone else got any nice tasting maranades they use for chicken, fish etc? |
