Wait until not sore anymore?

Yesturday I workedout the most I have ever in my whole life. I used my College gym which has weights and all the popular machine's that regular workout gym's have. I think I worked every muscle... and i'm hurting like crazy. I have school tomorrow again and thats it, two times a week. So even if i'm still hurting should I workout tomorrow?

If your new i'd say no. Once you get your conditioning up usually work through mild soreness.

What did you do? That would help. A lot of newer trainees tend to think more is better and end up hurt or overtrained. Rest is very important.

Are you a newbie?

if you are a newbie, stick to one set per exercise for the first month or so. it won't take much stimulus to breakdown the muscle.

Very true, also in the begining you're more looking for more of a hormonal response as opposed trying to breakdown the muscle.
