Milk

Hi guys i have a question, today i went to pick up some skim milk and i read the label which said 12 grams of sugar. Do they really add sugar in milk and is it good for you? Thanks guys

I noticed that too but I would'n care about it. Its lactose mostly..

okie dokie. great. i wasted a lot of time in the grocery store finding some milk with no sugar in it LOL

right, carbs in milk are lactose which is one galactose and one glucose molecule. some ppl have difficulty digesting it

now there is that hood carb countdown milk
