Iffy is an unknown quantity at this point
it would depend on the tpye of milk used and how much sugar etc.

I would imagine that a cappucino made with skimmed milk and a sweetner wouldn't hinder your progress at all.

ok thanxs yeah the sacets have skimmed milk and sweetner but i love it so much!!! and isnt coffee good for weight loss?

if you love it so much, than sacrifice something else. or go lower at another meal. or do more exercise.

its not so much the coffee itself that is said to be an aid in fat loss, it's the caffeine.
Caffeine creates a thermogenic effect in your body, causing you to burn more calories and attain an increased metabolism.

Cappacino's are no good man. Lots of sugar and even if it has skimmed milk, its not recommended.
Butttt ... if you must have them ... have them right before workouts for the carbs and caffeine, for some extra edge

i agree, i think they are full of sugar, but if you like them that much( as said above) i would substitute them.

ok thanxs for your advice, the cappuccino that i have is 72 calories and it uses sweetner and skimmed milk, ill try to cut down on them.
