Rep Power: 142 | | | Most gyms will have calipers yes, however you may want to call around to your local Universitys. Most of them conduct Hydrostatic Bodyfat tests which are the most accurate.

What department does that at the Universities? Would that be in the gym area I guess? I don't wanna call and sound all stupid (because online it's fine to be dumb!)! |
