    Keep the focus, also, keep from looking in the mirror. That option sometimes bums one out if the gains are not immediate.

    Yea I know, that one is a little over a year old. Right now I'm not quite as tan and about 10lbs heavier. More muscle but a touch more fat so I'm not quite as lean as that pic. I would take more but that black camera in the pic is broke and my camera phone sucks.
