- My name is Dane Fletcher and I have been helping people get Big AND Shredded for more than 10 years. In that time, I've learned tips and secrets about bodybuilding, training, nutrition and steroids that only industry insiders tend to know. As a bodybuilding enthusiast, it’s my goal to see that everyone who is interested in putting on more muscle, or getting super shredded achieves their goals. As a personal trainer, I’ve coached some of the biggest and in the bodybuilding and fitness industries. I thoroughly enjoy my life and my career.
I’ve been a fitness and training writer for a while now, and besides the occasional individual piece in the magazines I’ve been sporting a healthy bit of writing online.
