While ectos have a very hard time building and maintaing mass and muscle they still have to think about their health and this is why I disagree about the point they should eat everything. Helath is first and foremost. Bodybuilding is a very distant second. But this article is a pretty good one. I agree with alot that Wala had to post.

Oh the oats before bed is a totally horrible idea. Its one thing to gain mass and muscle its totally another thing to try and add 50/50 on a muscle and fat ratio. And of course you know how I feel about the milk before bed time. But I felt like I had to make m point.

Yeah like I said, that diet I posted was a example, I would'nt take Oats before bed either, but some people who can get away with is is'nt so bad. Oats are soluble, they are preety slow that is why some people take them. But I think Milk is a better option at night, but obviousley your gonna disagree with that.

Yeah and like I also explained to Wala, I did'nt say Ecto's should eat high amounts of saturated fats and take in around 2000 calories of junk, no what I meant was that if an Ecto has got around 3500 clean calories, he has gotten all his Protein for the day, his carbs, his good fats. But if he see's a Pizza why go pass it, might as well eat a slice. It won't kill an ecto. Most I know will disagree with me, but you know I don't expect everyone to agree with me ya know, but that was my opinion. thanks for your feed back Malley.

Muscle Mass - Thanks also.

It's all very well and good eating big, but damn, my stomach isn't big enough for that so the absolute best I could do is eating large!

Good article, I like your no sissies hard-line approach

Wala, good points man

Thanks man, the fact is you gotta try. I remember I could'nt eat much, but I still did'nt care, I kept at it. Now I can eat a horse, always hungry and I love the good clean calorie foods. It comes in time. Some people are just born with natural good appetites and can eat big, some are not, but the ones who are not is'nt an excuse not too eat big. You gotta keep keep at it, it comes with dedication and discipline. Keep eating and, you appetite will slowly keep growing.

So what causes the appetite to increase, is it that your body begins to require a lot more food as you get bigger, or is it that the stomach stretches, or is it something else?

I have noticed my appetite has improved a lot since i've been eating more.

Well I will tell you this alot of times the body gets very hungry is it is in a deficit of something or other. Alot of times its a deficit of fat. Alot of people try to stick with the whole "I am scared of fat" thing. Making sure you get all of your efa's throughout the day sure does help alot!
