Rep Power: 12 | | | Any use on abs? I dont know about abs seems like the only reason to work on them is if your "skinny" or low body fat...So if im a bigger kid would doing ab workouts even do anything? Well i know your abs get stronger but is there any different appearance? |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Not it appearance, but a strong midsection helps your squats and bench, and most other power exercises. But they are trained through power exercises also, so you don't need to supplement them too much.

Rep Power: 143 | | | Your abs are just like any muscle which need to be developed. Yes, someone can be very thin but not have abs because they don't choose to work them.
Your abs need to grow in order to be seen. Just because you drop down to a low BF does not mean that you will have abs. |
