Ham, Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

5 whole eggs
4 oz. Ham, cut into small pieces
1 c. of broccoli
2 c. of cheddar cheese
1 c. of cottage cheese
1 tsp. of black pepper

Cook the broccoli until tender. Beat eggs. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix.

Spray a 9" pie pan with Pam. Pour in mixture. No need for a crust!! Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Let set for 15 minutes before cutting.

If you cut it into 4 servings....

17g of Fat
4g of Carbs
34g of protein

Made this twice now and both times my family pounded it down...only got 2 meals out of both~

Looks good but I can see myself eating the whole thing in one serving.

It can be. You can always substitute in something else. The added salt doesnt bother me much, I dont add salt anyways. Additives, you got me there.
