Height: 6'4 Weight: 232 Rep Power: 3527 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Protein Chocolate Brownie 2 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein 1/2 tsp of baking powder 1 tbsp of Jell-o Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge pudding 1/3c of water Mix all the ingredients together in a microwave safe bowl. Once the ingredients are blended and batter like you can add other things to it (nuts, peanut butter etc.). Once prepared, 60-75 seconds in the microwave. Itll rise in the microwave, making a nice sized brownie. Let it cool if youd like to add a sugar free topping. Considering it as 1 serving...these values will vary a bit with your protein powder.... 40g of protein 12g of carbs 3g of fat Experminent with it, using this as a base, many things you can do with this. On another site it was suggested to coat 1tbsp of natty pb with it and let it bake around the pb....it was amazing!!

Make sure that your protein is for "baking" I think Designer Whey has a "bake safe" whey. Whey protein will denature if heated. BUT.....That is a great recipe!!!!! I may try it! Beauty Post!!!
