(Any spice or sauce is fine) Instructions! Base 1. Mix together all the ingredients into a dough. 2. Kneed for 5minutes. 3. Wrap it up then put it on the lowest oven heat for 15minutes so it rises. Sauce 1. Chop the Tomatoes, Onion and Garlic. 2. Oil up your frying pan and stick it on a low heat. 3. Add the garlic and let it fry for 30secs 4. Add the onion and let that fry for around 1minute, make sure you stir it. 5. Add the Tomatoes and Herbs 6. Let this cook till it goes into a sort of paste. It will look runny at first. You can't really burn it. Personal preference on the thickness of your sauce. Chicken 1. Chop up the Chicken 2. Warm pan up 3. Add Garlic and Herbs, fry for 30secs. 4. Put in all the chicken 5. Keep turning it over 6. Cook for around 10mins or until golden brown (How I like it) 7. Add Sweet Chilli Sauce Sweet Chilli Pizza! 1. Take the base out of the oven and roll into a pizza shape. 2. Put the base in the oven for 5minutes. 3. Take the base out. 4. Add your sauce to the base. 5. Add your Chicken to the base. 6. Sprinkle a little cheese over it. 7. Put back in the oven for 10minutes 8. Enjoy! 350g Carbs 170g Protein 75g Fat The Values are WITHOUT Cheese added. Per 1/4 Pizza! 87.5g Carbs 42.5g Protein 19g Fat Any questions feel free to ask!
