pancakes

-8 egg whites
-3/4 cup oats(ground in coffee grinder)
-1/2 cup milk
-1tbsp peanut butter
-1/2 banana
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1tbsp splenda(or other artificial sweetener)
-1 tsp cinnamon

put all in a blender, blend slowly...

on a griddle, set heat on 350F, in a pan set the burner on 7:00(if you were looking at a clock)

cook for approx 2 min on the first side(the top shouldn't be liquid anymore), 1 min on the other.

and you have yourself some amazing oat-pancakes
~40g protein, 60g carbs, 10g fat

I make those for my post workout meal constantly...I leave out the splenda, but it tastes much better with it(And we wouldn't want our recipe to taste like shit now would we ? lol)

...and you can tell when i'm supposed to be studying. I'll post anything and everything because i can't stand sitting there reading notes lol! sometimes I clean the gym instead of studying--but i won't do it otherwise. now that is sad!
human nutrition test today--easy, yes...but i have t study pictures for two essay questions. He puts the most random questions in as essays.

I got this cookie recipe that never worked the oatmeal cookie one ..it never turned out right...but splenda makes life for a diabetic much more tolerable...lol..

you have diabetes? i never knew!

throw me the recipe, I might be able to get it to work for ya...I have the ability to cook things for some reason, never really did figure out why lol.

(mother is an amazing cook, i'm guessing she taught me more than i knew lol)
