| COMMITTED | pancakes -8 egg whites -3/4 cup oats(ground in coffee grinder) -1/2 cup milk -1tbsp peanut butter -1/2 banana -1/2 tsp baking powder -1tbsp splenda(or other artificial sweetener) -1 tsp cinnamon put all in a blender, blend slowly... on a griddle, set heat on 350F, in a pan set the burner on 7:00(if you were looking at a clock) cook for approx 2 min on the first side(the top shouldn't be liquid anymore), 1 min on the other. and you have yourself some amazing oat-pancakes ~40g protein, 60g carbs, 10g fat |

I'll post anything and everything because i can't stand sitting there reading notes lol! sometimes I clean the gym instead of studying--but i won't do it otherwise. now that is sad! human nutrition test today--easy, yes...but i have t study pictures for two essay questions.
