Re: nasty protien shakes!!

maybe add semi skimmed milk or whole milk instead of water. I would prefer whole milk at 19 though because your body needs all the calcium it can get.
IMO Semi skimmed for "cut" and whole milk for "bulk"

hahaha.

I either have my whey in milk and/or with ground oats. Water+oats+whey= good enough. I rarely have just plain protein in water.

Peanut butter and a banana work pretty nicely in helping with taste.

Re: nasty protien shakes!!

I just add water and cope with the taste to be honest, it does not take long for me to drink a shake so its baearable.

The best tasting poweder I ever had is ProPeptide chocolate it to me anyway tastes really good. It is expensive though so I only buy it if I have a few extra quid in my wage, but thats not often.
