Rep Power: 20 | | | Jello & Pudding Jello Gelatine and Jello Chocolate Pudding are fat and sugar free. They do contain the possible carcinogen aspartame - but other than this potential health risk, any reason I would want to avoid these for a healthy dessert? |

While looking it up I found a very basic recipe that looks pretty good:
1. Make cubes of your favorite gelatine, put it in a cup/serving-bowl
2. Cover with a layer of vanilla pudding
Why didn't I think of that? |

Rep Power: 13 | | | do a google search but basically gelatine is made from melted down left over parts of the cow - the hoofs primarily, if i'm not mistaken. being a vegetarian i dont eat the stuff, but i dont think i would even if i wasnt one, LOL! |
