Recovery Time...

For those of you who run when performing HIIT do you jog during your recovery period or walk?

I walk during the recovery periods of interval running.I try to go close to an all out sprint on the runs and I find that walking is less intense than jogging, so it facilitates quicker recovery.

Thats what I discovered today. I like to go 100% during my work period and I can't seem to recover fully while jogging so I switched to walking.

yep, walking for me too. I can't last long enough if I jog in between my sprints. I'm a very fast sprinter but I can't do many of them at full whack, so most of the time I sprint slightly less than top speed.

I've been gritting through the joggin process and believe me it hurts like a mutha, but the results are just so damn impressive and quick that I couldn't think of ever changing. Do you notice similar results when walking?
