Rep Power: 53549 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | SDB's "Time Saver" Full Body workout Here's the deal.. I'm only able to get to the gym 2 days a week with my new school schedule. Fall's going to kick my ass because I'll have night classes too. :( Here's my workout throughout the next few months. It's a full body for 2 days per week. I'll add any iso work at home as necessary for any lagging muscles. This plan is more for maintenance. As always, I'll swap between BB and DB, flat and incline, etc. Superset 1: (2 x 8-10) Bench Press / Tri Dips Superset 2: (2 x 8-10) Lat Pull Dn / Chin up Superset 3: (2 x 8-10) Overhead Press / Upright Rows Squat or Box Stepups (2 x whatever I'm able to do. bad knee, remember?) Superset 4: (2 x 8-10) Leg Ext. Leg Curl Superset 5: Planks Crunch Variation Any comments are welcome. Last edited by sdb; 02-12-2008 at 10:13 AM. |

For now, I'll continue to replace squats with box step ups with 10's. |

At least you can do some work on the legs to maintain. Sucks about the squats though. I see some extreme leg sessions in your future once you are healthy.
