Height: 5'8" Weight: 154 lbs Rep Power: 51717   |  EB Women's Strength Contest. This is to be the very first Women's Strength Contest here on Extreme, so let's make this a good one!  Beginning 1st October and ending the 1st March, this contest is for the following: BENCH: 5 reps at your maximum. SQUAT: 5 reps at your maximum, parallel or below if you can get there. DEADLIFT: 5 reps at your maximum. Anyone want to enter (this is for women only, remember), scribble your names here. Any questions, put here too. The winner will be the one with highest percentage of 5 rep max to bodyweight. Ex: Contestant 1: Bodyweight: 150 lbs Bench 5RM: 100 lbs (66.6% BW) Squat 5RM: 150 lbs (100% BW) Deadlift 5RM: 200 lbs (133% BW) An Extreme Membership is up for grabs as the prize (as well as being repped by lots of other people and the chance to appear in one of wala's spectacular vids!)
