Rep Power: 10 | | Need to know the real name for something. It has a bar like a handle bar and in the middle there is a piece of rope attacthed, with weights dangling at the bottom of the rope.
You have to hold the bar out in front of you and wind the rope around the handle bar.
Anyone know the actual name for this piece of equipment?
Thanks Lepper.

Rep Power: 9 | | | What a rip off lol. The one in my weightroom i go to is a crummy lil stick with a string on with and just a 5 and a 2 1/2 on it lol. But you have to hold it up perpindicular instead of having a bar to support it like in that link.

Rep Power: 18 | | | I have the one on that site... Perhaps I am an idiot...
I use it by attaching it to my ceiling in the weight room via a rod like they suggest. I put a 45 lb. plate on it, and it ROCKS my world! The large diameter (2") insures that it will work your forearms in additional ways! It is knurled so that it doesn't slip when sweaty.
I stand on top of my bennch so that I can reach it!

Rep Power: 10 | | | Take a piece of 1 or 1and a half inch PVC pipe ( like they use in plumbing ) drill a hole through the middle and put a rop through it. tie a not at that end and tie a hook on the other. then pick up a few cheap weights and tie hooks to them also. Thats what my highschool did. lol
