HIIT after weights

Hey Guys
I was just wondering if it is ok to do HIIT after weight training.I c sum people recommend only doing it on ur off days but i lift 5 days a week.I'm an endo so 2 days of cardio is'nt enough for me when i'm trying to get lean.

it's perfectly fine. one reason TO do it post workout is that your glycogen stores are already depleted and you'd be burning more fat for energy. Just dont do it on leg day, you dont want a mouthful of treadmill.

I wouldn't recommend it if trying to add muscle, but if trying to cut you should be okay. There's other factors that may pay a role such as how long you are on the weights, how much sleep you get daily, and what your diet looks like.

That's how I do it, like sbd said don't do it after leg day, that's probably a bad idea, you might end up pulling something.
