Cetonit Diet (questions, sugestions...)

Hello

I am new to your forum...
Situation is I am in BB for few years, now wanna do my second diet better then previous one...
Before i tryed mix with low carb then full carb cycle, but I am ENDO and it does not cut me so good, now I am on third week of cettonic diet, it is very very hard, exausting, my power is not so bad but i feel exausting after 2-3 main sets of doing back, lags for example who takes most of my energy and drains me like water in dessert...
I drink much water, protein intake is 350g of protein cca...mostly meat, shakes and eggs!

I eat lots of green coloured vegies, and now starting with HIIT cardio, to exasted for some long cardios...

I see results already but i need more sleep then before i sleep 5-6 h night then 2-3 h day...have 5 meals (2 konentrate shakes of them) (not including PWM)

Can you say something about my situation, I am not so small, i have nice and big BF, fat on lower stomach (but i see progress on upper and i know down will go hardest) quads are pretty faty, and my waist, gosh i look like FAT ball, when I am on diet and when in MASS mode i am slim now hhhhahaaa...

All sugestions are welcome and sorry for my spelling and grammar!

Never heard of that diet plan before.

Do you have a link to more info on it?

Is this a low carb type diet?

Re: Cetonit Diet (questions, sugestions...)

I have heard of Dr Atkins but not that particular diet plan or maybe just not the name.

This sounds like the Keto diet plan.

IF you are loading your carbs for 2 days then this should be ok. From what I have read it can take 2-3 weeks for your body to get used to this change as you are asking it to use the fat as an energy resource I believe.

If this still does not work out then you can try a modified plan by taking in carbs before and after a workout but keep them still lowish.

I might be wrong in what I have said above as I am no expert and I am sure some others can give u better advice.

My diet is kinda like that in I have oats every morning both training and non training days.

Weight days I eat a further 2 carb meals, one after my breakfast and one before the gym with a serving of ProRecover after my workout.

On cardio days its oats in the morning followed by one further meal with carbs later but not a large amount.

Re: Cetonit Diet (questions, sugestions...)

No, no it is not even similar to your diet, you use CARBS almoust every day, I am clear of them (ONLY some MALTOCARB + GLUCOSE 70g 50% + 50%) and in saturday and sunday i use 75g of rice 2x and sunday 300g potato with 75g of rice but second part of day.

I use Carbs most days when is hardest, legs and back, but main problem i my energy depo is going down and down, strenght is pretty good!

So I eat something like this:

1. 10 Eggs (3,4,5 Yelow's also)
2. 60g Whey shake + Omega 3 or Olive oil...
3. Meat with wegies and nuts
4. 60g Whey shake + Omega 3 or Olive oil...
5. Meat + Vegies + Nuts
6. Mybe whole 2 egs or again 60g of whey...
Some variations are possible but this is structure of 90% my diet
and weekends i use when eating meat rice with potatoe which i writed up!

I am 100% natural, not even Ephedrine or something similar tried!!! Using large amout of BCAA, Glutamin and other antikatabolic suplements!!!

Re: Cetonit Diet (questions, sugestions...)

I didnt mean it was like your I mean it was like the modifed Keto diet.

Teh keto diet is very simimler to yours in that you eat no more than 30grams of carbs expect for the weekend where intake carbs.

Your body might still be adjusting to the diet and most people who try this kind of diet find it tough going at first.

Me personally I cannot go without eating carbs each day as my energy level drops but thats just me. Even if its just a small amount of oats i the morning I need something.

Just tough it out for another week and see if you feel different and if not then maybe up your carbs when u eat them.

Changing your diet is a lot of trial and error to tailor a strategy to your body and how it works.

Just make small tweeks here and there and see if it makes a difference thats what I do.

LoL

I know that mate, just want to tell you this is realy advance type of diet...not for beginers, but I see some progress which motivates me, but I feel like shit to honest and most important thing in this diet is to be STRICT!!! I recieved this advice from person who is competitor in BB...

I do not know how it works for people who are natural...
Will see what will hapen in 6-7 weeks to go!

Re: Cetonit Diet (questions, sugestions...)

Low carbs do drain the energy quick, But as CabUK states, it can take a few weeks to addapt. Try living on 75g of carbs/day for 6 weeks That's tough. Just hang in there and changes will come. You should loose .5% - 1% of you bodyweight per week. 1-2 lbs.

Yea I can imagine, but main problem is I am scared, I am natural, so do not wanna lose this hard gained little muscle...

I do not wanna lose to much weight, even not looking weight, I just know I started from 130kg cca...now with added cardio...and super tempo training with max concentracion lost some 101% i see under my bear (do not know how to say this area under neck where it was big when i was piggy on mass ) my arms got shape, i see on my pants...
I lost some power in repetitions which is normal i think...

Never cheated one meal and this is 17 days after me!!!
Proud on my self...but never will go again with this big mass now i see how discusting i was, like elephant...youks
