help please

excuss my spelling i have dislexy


im cutting now for my first competiton i have reduced my cals im eating my meals heres my day 8 egg whites in morning half can tuna. Every two hours i eat I have lost a good bit of fat while trying to keep my gains up im curently at 15 bmi. I have picked high protein diet low carb im takin flax seed oil natural penut butter nutts with noting on em i have about 50gram of complex carbs a day and for each meal 30/35 proteen.im keeping my water high and cardio 20 mins 4 days a week LIFTING 5 days a week ive increased my reps and decressed my weights ARE EGGS OK FOR ME THEY MAKE ME FEEL GREAT

OK. Great question, but there is somethings missing.
How much do you weigh?
How tall are you?
What is your daily caloric intake like? List you daily meals.

Yes eggs are great for you.

30-35g of protein is LOW.

Also, I recommend you forget about BMI - its the biggest waste of time EVER, especially when it comes to people who workout - it then becomes WAY off the scale..

If I went by BMI right now, I would be classed as 'clinically obese'...??!? and not far off from 'morbidly obese'. Although I'm 200 lb at about 14% BF!

We need to know your stats first before know if what you're doing right now is gonna work for you. seems good what you said so far and I didn't see any probs with your writing?

i am 6 foot 1 inch tall
i weight 14 and a half stone ive come down from just over 15 stone
my chest is 48inch
arms 16 and half inch
waist 34 inch today is a rest day
today so far i have had
8.am 6 egg whites breakfast
one animal pack one cod liver oil
11am one half a cod 4 sprigs of brocolie
will have
2pm half can of tuna in brine
4pm half a cod 4 sprigs of brocolie
inbtween i will have a spoon of natural peanut butter and some flax
i try not to eat after six but finish my day on 6egg white and a scoop of gain just one mined you 1 animal pack

calorie intake is about 2200 a day i was on 2600 all depens on the day i train and my day off when i train i train hard and i have added cardio now more so then bfore so to keep my growth right and not to losse gain i balance as much as posibale i dont cheet meal .starting to feel the afects now of my diet 3weeks in i have 8 weeks to contest and whant to rip the fat right offf i have about an inch on my belly buton to go along the area to hips

Looks like you are eating 4 meals correct? Ain't gonna work. You will lose as much muscle as fat. You need to eat protein every 2 hours!! No exuses. I took a plane trip once. 1.5 hr ride to the airport. 2.5 hr plane ride 30 minute ride from airport. I ate 8 oz chicken on the ride to. I ate 2 8oz breasts on the plane, and one more on the ride from the airport. You take chicken to a movie, to the mall, to the grocery, EVERYWHERE. You MUST eat protein every 2 hours....got it.

No for the worst news. At absolute best you will step onstage at about 175-179. WAY to small for a tall guy like you. I was 230 and stepped on at 185 (13.2 stone) @ 4% bf, @ 6'2" If I am correct 1 stone = 14 pounds. 15 stone = 210 pounds. If you are at 6% bf now you may step on at 185 or 13.2 stone.
If a 5'8" steps on at the same weight he will dwarf you.

Now I'm not flaming you just giving you the true ugly facts. At 6'1" you need to be at 240(17 stone) at 10-12% BF before you think of doing a show whether it's a "natural or untested show" Post some pics for us to guage your size.

It is best to go to 3-4 shows in your area to see what the guys look like. There will always be a surprise popping up at every show. The guy no one knew of. I hope the best for you. If you have any questions please PM me.

hey thanks a million big guns i might hold off a bit and get some more size ....i will start eating more protein 2 i love chicken .......my dad said i should hold off till next year as he was off spying on some of the competitors and there is some big guys there thanks for all your help and i will bother you again im sure lol great info i have saved it to file and to set my goals for next yaer

People are always surprised w/ how much weight they lose. I would try to get to 230lbs at 8% bodyfat. It will take more than a year. Shows are not cheap either. trunks are 50-$75, pro tan lotion, entrance fees, etc.
