My brother is getting married in the back end if august so my goal for then is to have dropped around 7" of my waist while retaining as much muscle mass as I can. this would give me a 36" to 37" waist. I wont even be close to seeing any abs but my stomach should be a lot flatter  I am aiming for July 2009 to have a six pack as I will be best man at my mates wedding and he is talking about going aways for w weekend stag do abroad so want to be in beach shape and also for the wedding. I would esitmate I would need to drop my waist size down to 32" to start seeing some abs as I still had a bit of fat aroundmy waist even at 34". |
