yeah the only reason you want cottage cheese (besides the taste) is for the casein protein, it helps stop muscle catabolism, and helps keep your muscles growing over night.

lol, its whey, um try a health foods store first, or a vitamin store, also i think wal-mart has them some times, not sure about the quality or age of those ones though.

Sometimes I'll boil some eggs and just have them in the fridge to peal and eat...or oatmeal.

oatmeal is better in the morning, because you dont want to be digesting carbs while your sleeping.
