Cutting vs. Bulking

I am currently in the process of attempting to cut a BF% that is about 22~25%, down to near 10%. It's gonna be rough.

You can see some pretty awful pics of me in my diary in the Diary forum.

So anyway, I was wondering what the differences between cutting and bulking are, as far as excersises are concerned. And maybe diet as well.

I am really trying for this, and I'm trying to realize what kind of work it's going to take.

Thanks a bunch!

Well for a cut you might have to cutdown the volume, i'm currently doing 3 fullbody workouts per week for my cut. You still need to lift hard.

And again diet should be the same really just more of the same stuff Well you can add some more beef to a bulk and carbs. To cut you will want to lower carbs.
