Sorry - i missed this. I actually don't know about targetting a specific area of the lats - im just going to try mixing things up a bit because before i did lots and lots of CG stuff, and havent really been that impressed with my lat growth the same as everything else, so at the moment im doing lots of WG stuff, but i'll probably tone it down a bit in a month or so.

The funny thing is; i don't ever get sore lats after training. They're sore and fatigued when im training, sure, but not the following day ever. S' really weird.

Me too.....However, when I recently did a set of pullups while hanging 90 lbs. I was sore for a while and couldn't train back for a week and a half.
