| Getting Muscular | I do core everytime I workout. I do it at the beginning right after my active stretches. Its always 1-3 exercises about 2 sets each, so its LOW volume, but high frequency.

| Crossfit what? | Re: What is a plank? I've added some of these with a weight plate on my back and they are really tough. Gets you out of the mindset of working for the "burn" and working towards core strength but don't get me wrong they still burn. |
