Help w/ diet?!

Ok, I have the workout and cardio stuff down good and I do it ever day, but since diet is such an important that...I need help with that now.

What kind of diet should I lean for on losing fat, currently I just eat whatever is sitting here but I don't eat alot ( I can barely finish a burger). You probably cannot make a diet for me, as I will have to do that because my stomach gets upset very easily (fiber=bad :P ) but I just want some suggestions.

Dieting is the most important part of losing fat. If you want to lose fat but don't want to get on a diet i'm sorry to say it but unless you have an ectomorph body type it's not gonna happen for you. You gotta make decisions in life mang, and exert will power.

You should read about dieting, i recommend Tom Venuto's book "burn the fat, feed the muscles", i'm sure you'll like it!

I'll just give you a couple of the basics... It just barely skims the surface, but it's enough to get a foundation.

1. Count calories. Figure out how many calories you need (I suggest this calculator) and spread them into 5-6 equal meals every day.

2. Zig zag calories. Every four days, raise your calories to "maintainance" level to prevent the starvation mode.

3. Drink water! Have a water bottle constantly filled and carry it around with you, and you can't go wrong.

Well that says that I need this:

Maintenance:
3494 calories/day
Fat Loss:
2795 calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss:
2096 calories/day
Weight Gain:
4193 calories/day

That's alot 8-0 the last one I check was like 2000 calories if that. I dont even think I have consumed that many calories for a long time... Also, would HIIT for 40 minutes 5-6 days a week be considered moderate or very active?

i've posted this a lot but to lose fat you should up the cardio & drop the calories. i'd say aim for a 1,500 calorie day diet and run 30 minutes every morning - outside or on a treadmill. this will bring great results if you can hack it. if you do choose to drastically cut the calories though, make sure you're eating a balanced diet, otherwise you may have problems.
