Rep Power: 26 | | | Upside down push ups? oO' Evening everyone.
I just realized I could do about 20 of these.
Any good? I don't see how, personally. True, they are harder to do than the normal pushups, but I think only because of the blood rushing to my head.
Anyways, yeah, any good? And also, is the blood rush to the head bad? oO'

Rep Power: 26 | | | Yeah, handstands pushups against the wall.
So does it work better? Is it a recommend exercise? Is the blood to the head bad?

i've seen where ppl incorporate these with other exercises into a circuit. it was something like cleans from the floor, followed by chins followed by these. tough work |

Rep Power: 12 | | We used to kill ourselves trying to outdo eachother with what we called "Hercules push-ups" in grade school. That's basically what you're doing, but with one arm.
The temporary blood rush won't hurt you Nobody. It's just a difficult variation on a standard push-up. Great for showing off for your friends and the ladies.
