They should have just done that straight from the start and avoided all the bullshit.. they'd have gotten looked upon 'more favourably' by the courts (if ever there was a favourable way to look at people like that!) At least this wasn't the old 'steroids' argument and wasn't a 'this guy has gone crazy from roids and killed someone'. It was 2 people with a pre meditated plan.
