Rep Power: 10 | | | Never train and still maintain muscles? Possible? Can someone who doesn't train any all still maintain his muscles??
my brother is like this......the years of training he did wasn't even intensive, it was about 2years in the army. but he doesn't go to gym, doesn't workout, eat any how, and yet he still have the build and defination there.
how does that work out?? all he did for exercise was cycling and playing soccer.
i put in so much effort and get none in return. this is so unfair. |

No, I'm just joking. I'm really like you myself. I don't understand why I never gain and big musles. It always stays small, although I do get the power benefits.
It just sucks people calling you "skinny".
