Requirements for a Bodybuilder's lifestyle for time out of the gym?

Bodybuilders lifestyle for time out of the gym?

How does one fill the 23 hours out of the gym to reduce the chances of undoing the good work done in the gym!

Re: Requirements for a Bodybuilder's lifestyle for time out of the gym?

I was thinking about the same thing................

Is this a joke? I don't know but, I spend a little more than an hour in the gym because I like to say hi to my good workout brothers and laugh and have a good time. So, because I stay in the gym longer than one hour, I cannot relate to the question because I have more like 22 hours away from the gym.
